Beautiful Venue - Highly Recommend!
"From our initial tour at 6 Pastures, we knew this was the place we wanted to be married. Mary and Paul are so professional, extremely organized, and committed to ensuring your day is flawless and unforgettable! The venue is gorgeous and the bridal suite is stunning. We loved getting ready in the bridal suite with ample space for a large bridal party and plenty of room for hair/makeup. The barn accommodated our large guest list comfortably and was gorgeous with the big barn doors that overlooked the property, beautiful views, and the stringed lights that made the atmosphere so magical. The stone basement of the barn was the perfect place for cocktail hour. My guests also loved the golf carts, they picked up guests from the parking area and brought them to the venue! Mary and Paul provided us with highly recommended vendors to meet all our wedding needs, which was SO helpful. We used many of the vendors included in the bag and they were all phenomenal. Mary and Paul also helped answer any questions I had and were extremely responsive. Included in their package is a month of coordinator with Michelle's Main Events which was so amazing and helped keep the day running smoothly. They run 6 pastures like a well-oiled machine and ensure that the bride and groom don't have anything to worry about the day of the wedding! I will never forget how amazing and perfect our wedding day was and a huge part of it was 6 Pastures. Even writing this I have tears in my eyes and am so grateful to them! I would highly recommend 6 Pastures to anyone who wants to hold an event or is planning on getting married!"

"6 Pastures is a beautiful wedding venue! Paul and Mary were so accommodating and communicative throughout the entire process. They allow you to have access to their venue Friday-Sunday so it helps you to prepare for your wedding and clean up from it. This was a HUGE selling point for us. It helped make the wedding weekend seamless. They were fabulous at keeping in contact with us and providing us with updates. They also provide you recommended vendors who have worked at 6 Pastures before. This helped when hiring vendors. It allowed us to know which ones were great and also familiar with our venue. The bridal suite getting ready house is GORGEOUS. It was the perfect place to get ready with my bridesmaids. Overall, we would highly recommend 6 Pastures to any future bride and groom! We had a beautiful wedding there!"

"We recently had the most amazing wedding at Six Pastures! The scenic views and the beautiful barn were breath taking. The owners were very nice and run their business very smoothly. The views alone could sell this place but there were so many other wonderful factors. From getting the venue on Friday to decorate and have our rehearsal, having a beautiful bridal suite on site for my bridesmaids and I to get ready at, having a day of coordinator included, and have sweet staff working on the day of to help our day run smooth. "From the start, we felt Paul and Mary's professionalism, personal touch, and unique care for our wedding. During the first meeting, they asked about our story (and cared deeply about the answer), outlined how weddings usually flow on their property, and gave a tour of the beautiful property. From there, their communication was prompt, respectful, and creative (when we needed some problem-solving). The actual event was seamless, and the venue was perfect-- even in the midst of an unexpected rainstorm. We even hosted a welcome dinner the day before the wedding, which was a standout for this venue, as we paid a small price to use the property an additional day and yet could still host people. For the wedding, we wanted people to feel like they came "home," and that's exactly what this venue helped facilitate. Would 10/10 recommend!"

Our wedding day was a dream, this venue is PERFECT!!
"Right when we visited 6 Pastures, we knew right away that it was going to be our wedding venue. Mary and Paul were so warm and welcoming, and Mary was so organized and talked us through the details of our wedding and what would be possible at our venue. They gave us an extremely detailed assortment of vendors to choose from, and were also flexible with us using vendors outside of their preferred vendors. In addition to providing these preferred vendors, a month of coordination service was included with the venue. Mary & Paul were incredibly communicative throughout the whole planning process. We loved that we were given the creative freedom to plan our wedding day exactly how we wanted it to be. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking, from the beautiful pasture grounds to the rustic modern barn, our guests could not stop talking about how breathtaking the venue was! A major plus is that we had access to the venue for the entire weekend, so we were able to bring decor to set up on Friday, fully enjoy our wedding day all day on Saturday, and we were able to save the clean up for Sunday morning. 6 Pastures was the perfect venue for us, and we cannot recommend this venue enough!"

Breath taking views and people!
"Paul and Mary have an absolutely incredible venue and staff! They were our first venue we toured, and literally told us not to book with them same day as they wanted us to look at other locations and confirm we were truly happy with theirs. After looking at 4-5 more places, we were set, we wanted to work with Paul and Mary for our wedding. From day one, almost 2 years ago, they offered so much support, suggestions, and knowledge. They truly offer an incredible experience that is unmatched to any other venue we looked into in the area. From the barn, to the guest house(bridal suite), to the event staffing/resources, we could not be happier with how our wedding turned out. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking but add in such caring owners, and you’re destined for a wonderful wedding. We cannot sing the praises of 6 Pastures more than we already have to this point."

"Words can’t express how truly magical this venue is. My husband and I were married at 6 Pastures Farm in September 2023, and we cannot get over how amazing it was and how truly remarkable Paul and Mary were to work with. Not only are the grounds breathtakingly beautiful with grassy fields, live cattle, a picturesque water fountain and the most perfect guest house to get ready in.The barn is also absolutely gorgeous, and has been lovingly restored with attention paid to every detail that will elevate your event! I cannot say enough about how wonderful Paul and Mary are. The first time we met with them, they sat us down and not only asked us questions about what we were looking for in a venue but talked to us about our relationship, what we do for fun, asked us questions about our future - they really took the time to get to know us personally which just goes to show how much they truly care about their couples. Paul and Mary go above and beyond in every way possible. They were kind enough to allow my husband and I to use the bridal suite the morning of our wedding so we could share a quiet morning together and eat breakfast, they provided golf carts for not only the bridal party but our guests to help everyone get to Point A to Point B, they even referred a number of vendors to us which helped ensure we were getting top notch vendors that they have worked with in the past! You honestly can’t go wrong with 6 Pastures. Not only do you get an absolutely stunning wedding venue but having Paul and Mary a part of your wedding team will ensure all of your wedding dreams come true!"

"If you are looking for the perfect venue for your dream wedding, this is the one!!! Six Pastures was absolutely phenomenal from the beginning. As soon as we laid eyes on this venue and had our tour with Mary & Paul, there was no doubt that this was going to be our venue! Paul & Mary are the most genuine and kind people you will meet. They will go above and beyond to make sure your wedding day is everything you wanted. They are very professional. Always responded in a timely manner, usually within 24 hrs! "Paul and Mary were truly amazing from the very beginning. From the very first meeting to the days after our wedding, they made it so easy. Always available to answer any questions at anytime. Our experience was so amazing we didn’t want to leave! The pictures on their website of the farm are beautiful but when seeing it in person it truly takes your breath away. We knew the moment we drove onto the property and seeing it in it’s natural state that we wanted to start our forever right there. From responsiveness, to advice giving, to executing everything on the big day (including special touches in the lady’s guesthouse) it was all a 10/10. Covid delayed wedding reception turned Halloween party!
"Six Pastures was the perfect venue for a Halloween Party! The original stone walls on the lower level were a great backdrop for creepy skeletons, cackling witches and a graveyard scene. None of this could have happened without the enthusiastic assistance of Paul and Mary. They allowed us the whole day Friday to set the mood for the party. Originally booked for our daughter’s 2020 wedding reception, 6 Pastures provided a setting where we were able to enjoy a night of dance and celebration with 150 adults dressed in outrageous costumes. This party required a lot of details, and there were several times when we almost called it off (e.g. when the caterer -booked two years ago- bailed on us in July!). Mother-daughter planning did cause stress, but through it all, Mary’s emails coached us with practical instruction and words of encouragement. Her calm support gave us confidence during the planning process. Paul carried this support into the physical set up and breakdown of the event. He popped in multiple times on both days to enthusiastically assist where needed. In my memories of this party, I will always recall the teamwork and kindness of our hosts. I strongly recommend 6 Pastures for anyone looking for a venue for a wedding or other large event. Thank you Mary and Paul.!"

A Perfect Venue and A Perfect Day
"It's hard to put into words how exceptional 6 Pastures Farm is, and how equally exceptional its owners, Paul and Mary, are. We toured 6 Pastures Farm on a bitterly cold day in January 2021 and immediately fell in love with everything it had to offer: the stunning guest house, the picturesque rolling hills (and cattle!), and the incredible event barn. Paul and Mary immediately made us feel right at home, carefully taking into account our hopes, dreams, and precise vision for the day. One of our criteria for a wedding venue was distinct places for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. 6 Pastures Farm delivered on that and so much more. It provides a rustic chic but blank canvas for couples to create their own vision, but only needs small details to enhance the space from its original beauty. I appreciated how creative I could be with my wedding day—all because 6 Pastures Farm allows you to do just that. The venue also offers so many places to take beautiful photographs. Our photographer's first time visiting the venue was on our wedding day, and she noted how blissfully overwhelmed she was with the lighting and numerous areas to take photos. One of the best parts about the venue is you get it all weekend. You don't have to share your wedding weekend with another couple or finagle timelines with other parties to accommodate your set up or clean up. It was such a relief to bring decor in on the Friday before and clean up the Sunday after—leaving us time on our wedding day to appreciate the moments and not have to worry about the logistics. For anyone looking for a beautiful venue that's only 15 minutes from a bustling town (Winchester, VA), look no further than 6 Pastures Farm."

"Paul and Mary have created the most outstanding, beautiful venue that allowed us to have the wedding of our dreams. They are so kind, helpful, flexible, and willing to provide their clients with the best wedding/event experience possible. With their help, we were able to find some of the best vendors in our area, all who are familiar with 6 Pastures, and allowed for a smooth, flawless wedding day. 6 Pastures has a stunning guest house where the bridal party can spend time and get ready, while also providing groomsmen with a space below the barn. There is a downstairs bar and outside area that can accommodate the perfect cocktail hour while the upstairs of the barn is transformed into a gorgeous reception area. The upstairs barn doors can open up to a breathtaking view of the 6 Pastures property, ensuring a beautiful ceremony, rain or shine. "Wow! What can I say, from our first meeting with Paul and Mary I knew this was the place! It’s gorgeous but that’s not all. I left there knowing that if my daughter chose this venue she would become Paul and Mary’s family and they would make everything perfect and they did! "Paul and Mary at 6 Pastures Farm and their support staff were amazing from the very time we met them all the way through to the day after the wedding occurred. From the moment we met them to inquire about the possibility of 6 Pastures Farm hosting our wedding, we were blown away with their professionalism and attention to every detail of the logistics of how a wedding event happens at their venue. By the time we left, we knew this is where we wanted our special day to be. The guest house where the bride and bridesmaids get ready is 2nd to none. The barn where the reception is held, is immaculate and pristine. Even if we had not chosen to host our wedding there, Paul and Mary provided us with a bag filled with wedding vendors that they recommend to use for each vendor type. They said that they have a high standard for their recommended list of vendors and that even if we did not chose 6 Pastures Farm, they wanted to give us some guidance for vendors to select anyway. These vendors were up to the same standard that Paul and Mary run their operations at 6 Pastures Farm. After that meeting, throughout the planning process over the course of a year, they were always available to take our calls and questions and always had an answer. Leading up to the day of the wedding, they provided a wedding coordinator for 30 days prior to the event as part of the agreement they had with us at no additional cost. Paul and Mary also had support staff to tend to the parking lots, bathrooms, and golf carts with drivers to assist elderly guests around the property as needed. Again, this was at no additional cost. We could not have asked for a better venue and a better group of people to have hosted our wedding and to work with in the planning of our wedding. All of our family and friends were blown away with how beautiful the property and venue is. We highly recommend anyone looking for a wedding venue in the Winchester and Shenandoah region to consider hosting it at 6 Pastures Farm. They truly are on a level above the rest in venue quality, professional service, accommodations, and value."

"My husband & I just got married here in May 2022. Despite a very hot 90 degree day it was the wedding of our dreams! We received so many compliments about how beautiful 6 Pastures was! Our older guests also greatly appreciated the golf carts to help shuttle them around from car to ceremony to reception. The bridal suite was the perfect place to get ready with all my girls and my husband liked the use of their own groomsman room. Our guest count was about 185 so we had to rent a tent for outside the barn and it was honestly so perfect for added space. The only small thing we didn’t think about was not having trash cans during our set up on Friday and Saturday morning since they were being supplied by our caterer who didn’t arrive until Saturday afternoon. We loved our wedding at 6 Pastures and will be recommending it to many more brides & grooms!"

"6 Pastures was my pick from the start of our journey into picking our venue, but while I am an outdoorsy girl, I feared my distinctly indoorsy fella would be a hard sell. But I needn't have worried - he was immediately on board. And we were both exactly right - Mary and Paul run a tight ship, with a beautiful venue that is expertly managed. Their expectations are clear, which I appreciated, as an organized person myself, but they were also well practiced at answering our questions and meeting our needs. The facilities are truly extraordinary, both beautiful and functional. And their partner vendors were fantastic (they're next on our list of good reviews to leave!) We had a truly magical wedding, and 6 Pastures was one of the stars of the show! They're worth every penny, we promise."

Everything we dreamed of and more
"There are not enough words to describe how special our wedding was at 6 Pastures. After one visit to the property, my husband and I knew this was our place. And though we planned our entire wedding from a couple states away, we were involved in every step of the process and there were never any surprises. In fact, Paul and Mary were there to guide us through our ENTIRE wedding planning process, never shying away from the questions that we had.
Our wedding day was absolute perfection; I honestly don't know if there were any hiccups with how amazing everything turned out. Paul and Mary were SO accommodating from opening the bridal suite early to meet our timeline to driving us around in golf carts so we could get from point A to point B, to helping our entourage of family set up and take down the day before and after.

A Bride's Dream at 6 Pastures
"If I told you that this venue was perfect, I honestly think it would be an understatement. Paul and Mary went above and beyond to make our day incredible. Everything at the venue had a personal touch, where you could tell that extra care went into it. The venue was breathtaking, the guesthouse was awesome for our bridal party, and our photos were amazing with the surrounding area. Paul & Mary took care of every detail, and made my husband and I feel at ease. We never had a worry with the venue, and Paul & Mary worked so hard to make sure everything played out exactly how we dreamed it to be. After being a COVID bride, and having to leave another venue, 6 Pastures was an incredibly refreshing taste of how a venue should be run. I would recommend them over, and over again to any bride! "Paul & Mary both are so wonderful to work with. We were so pleasantly surprised when we had our appointment to tour the venue. Paul & Mary are very professional and attentive. I felt a great sense of ease leaving the venue tour just knowing if we booked them, they’d have their T’s crossed and I’s dotted for the wedding day! Our day was nothing less than perfect and we really appreciated their willingness and flexibility to work with my husband and I during uncertain times of COVID. I received MULTIPLE comments during and after the wedding stating not only how beautiful the venue is but that our wedding was “the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to” - which could not have been done without them! Construction was not done during our wedding which I was slightly disappointed and nervous about, but I was happy with how they organized and “cleaned up” the construction madness. Their new addition is going to be breathtaking. My husband and I both loved 6 Pastures at first sight and choosing this venue was one of the best decisions we made regarding our wedding."

"We were invited to attend an Open House at 6 Pastures Event Barn this past Fall. Upon arrival, we were amazed at the first sight of this "Barn". It is magnificent, it is beautiful, our mouths fell open, and that was just the outside structure and landscaping. Inside was equally astounding. The interior of the Barn is so beautifully designed and finished: huge wooden beams support the cascading cathedral ceiling and warm wooden plank flooring enhances its rustic character, while the sides of the barn open for an incredible view of the rolling pastures and ponds. This spacious facility lends itself to any type of event. There were about 250 people in attendance for the occasion of the Open House, three caterers, and two beverage stations served the meal; plenty of seating and room for a DJ/ Band and dancing. The impeccable rustic charm of this venue created an unbelievable ambiance and warmth for the occasion. A truly beautiful space for a wedding reception or any excuse for a gathering."

"I have been to A LOT of wedding venues (I'm a wedding photographer and florist) and this venue is definitely one of my ALL TIME FAVORITES. I don't think there is a bad spot to take photos at! So much diversity and beauty on the entire property. Inside the barn is just as lovely! Twinkle lights and HUGE barn doors that open up on both sides to reveal a stunning view. The bridal suite was very comfortable and accommodating for a large bridal party. Paul and Mary are such pleasant and kind people to work with. Paul's golf carts were a huge plus! I recommend this venue to all of my brides! Go check them out, you'll be wowed!"

"My husband & I just got married here in May 2022. Despite a very hot 90 degree day it was the wedding of our dreams! We received so many compliments about how beautiful 6 Pastures was! Our older guests also greatly appreciated the golf carts to help shuttle them around from car to ceremony to reception. The bridal suite was the perfect place to get ready with all my girls and my husband liked the use of their own groomsman room. Our guest count was about 185 so we had to rent a tent for outside the barn and it was honestly so perfect for added space. The only small thing we didn’t think about was not having trash cans during our set up on Friday and Saturday morning since they were being supplied by our caterer who didn’t arrive until Saturday afternoon. We loved our wedding at 6 Pastures and will be recommending it to many more brides & grooms!"

The Best Day Ever 8.22.20 6 Pastures Farm
"Where do we even begin?! As a Covid couple, postponing our June wedding was heartbreaking but Paul and Mary went above and beyond to say the least. Knowing we didn’t want to wait a year, they offered us (if the Governor lifted gathering regulations) a date in their off season on August 22nd. Not only did they help us keep our vision but made recommendations and solutions to keep our family and friends safe. Their venue which overlooks the pastures is breathtaking, and the guest house was the perfect place for my bridal party to get ready. To us 6 Pastures is a little piece of heaven. There is just something special about this place. With thunderstorms, downpours and clouds surrounding the area, not one drop of rain fell at 6 Pastures. I know it might sound a bit crazy but we have a strong foundation in our faith, and as the pastor read the scripture, an eagle circled the ceremony and the clouds parted as we read our vows. It was truly magical. We cannot thank you enough Mary and Paul for giving us the best day of our lives. Love Caroline and Jay"

"We had our wedding scheduled for 6 Pastures Farm on May 30, 2020 and then Covid happened. Because of the uncertainty of the times, we decided to reschedule our large ceremony and reception to next spring. Paul and Mary have been so helpful and supportive throughout this entire process. Even when our wedding was being planned, they asked all of the right questions and made Joe and I feel welcomed and prepared for our big day! We knew that it was going to run smoothly and relied on their expertise and knowledge in planning the ceremony and reception details. Best Wedding Venue!!
"6 pastures is such a lovely venue to hold a wedding. It was large enough to fit our 200 guest in comfortably. I liked that we were able to have the ceremony outside but also had an indoor venue option If needed (thankfully we did not). From the beginning the owners were very friendly and helpful. They spent a lot of time with us on our initial visit and explained everything in detail. They always responded quickly to all the emails or phone calls with questions I may of had. They were also helpful with sending me emails about reminders for items needed for the wedding. We were able to use the venue the night before to set up and they were very flexible with times for us being there the day before and the day of the wedding. The bridal party was able to use the beautifully remodeled house the day of the wedding to get ready. Paul and Mary do their best to make sure things are running smooth the day of. They worked very hard to ensure everything was perfect."

Beyond Perfect!
"I don't have enough words to describe how unbelievably perfect 6 Pastures was for our wedding ceremony! The scenery was beautiful with indescribable views behind us as we said our vows. The buildings have been amazingly restored and reworked to pristine condition. The guest house was the most ideal place for us to get ready with all the natural light in the morning for the makeup artist to do her work. Also Paul and Mary were beyond amazing answering all my many questions and requests. My new husband and I are beyond thankful to have our perfect wedding day and 6 Pastures provided us that location. Wonderful venue and owners
"Our wedding was 3/30 and we could not have received better feedback from our guests about the venue. It is beautiful and was a great value compared to what we looked at in the area. Several guests said it was the most beautiful venue they had been to. One side of the barn looked out onto rolling hills and the other had ponies walking up to the fence guests could see. The bridal suite is stunning and was a great place for pictures. The owners have stocked the house with most anything you might need while getting ready. The cost of the venue includes tables, chairs, and linens for 150 guests, you can choose whatever vendors you would like, and you can bring in your own alcohol. The venue is also available to you to set up and for your rehearsal friday and clean up on sunday- this was a huge help! Paul and Mary are very responsive and were there at our wedding to make sure everything went smoothly. They were such great and thoughtful people to have help guide us through this process. Our wedding was perfect and Paul and Mary made that possible for us."
